White Chocolate Mocha

Whip heavy cream to soft peaks. Add sugar to taste and 1/2 tsp vanilla.

Take 1/2 c unwhipped heavy cream, bring it to a simmer but do not boil. Remove from heat and melt 1/3 c white chocolate in it.

Add 1/2 c whole milk (or half and half-I like half and half)

Pour white chocolate mixture to fill heated cups halfway, finish filling with espresso. Dollop cream on top.
